In the 23-24 season, Mr. Gilstrap made role debuts as Horace Derwent (The Shining) with The Atlanta Opera and as the bass soloist in Messiah with the Chattanooga Symphony. He will also sing his first Brahms Requiem with Georgia Tech Symphony Orchestra and his first Starveling (A Midsummer Night's Dream) with The Atlanta Opera.
